COMPLETION: 1995 DESCRIPTION: Brower supplied a turnkey plant consisting of Model No. KILL22 kill line, KLDT1 tunnel, SS48SS scalder, SP38SS picker, EV22 eviscerating line, OBW4 bird washer, SSAK4 gizzard peeler, lung gun, vent cutter, hock and neck knife - all complete with Brower's Vac System, and chilling equipment.
