PROJECT: Parador Cruce de Ocoa
LOCATION: Dominican Republic
CAPACITY: 1000-1200 Birds Per Hour
PRODUCT: Broilers grown on company farms for restaurants trade and for
tourism/travel (supplies bus travelers).
DESCRIPTION: Brower supplied a turnkey plant including our Model KILL22
killing line, KLDT2 tunnel, SS48SS scalder, SP38SS picker, SSAK40 gizzard
peeler, and chilling equipment.
