SUPER INSULATED LIVESTOCK WATERERS
RELAX...With Brower's Dependable, Cost Efficient Watering
For Cattle, Hogs, Sheep, Horses, Pets And Wildlife. Our broad line-up of models all sport superior quality. Drawn galvanized steel troughs and galvanized steel jackets are standard. Handy plugs drain water in seconds. All models are super insulated and fully warranted.
SUPER INSULATED CUTS HEATING COST. Extra thick foam insulation has an R-value of 7.14 per inch - the most of any competing waterers. Our polyurethane foam clings tightly around the trough and on the jacket. This superior insulation is water resistant, is unattractive to rodents, and contains no formaldehyde or chlorofluorocarbons. Cuts your heating costs! RUGGED VALVE WON'T CLOG OR RUST. All models feature our exceptionally dependable rugged valve constructed of ABS, a tough and low porosity material.
HOGS
Model MC32 Waters up to 150 hogs. Install in a fence line to serve two pens. Rugged lids keep dirt out and save heat in winter. Mud grates keep water clean and sanitary.
HORSES, CALVES, WILDLIFE. For Stalls...Corrals...Paddocks
MODEL MK32 Our most popular unit has lots of versatility. This unit is 18" high to water 25 horses, 40 ponies, 100 calves, 40 head of cattle, or small groups of wildlife. Heavy gauge sidewalls and drawn steel troughs are rounded to prevent livestock injury.
MODEL MJ31 A single trough version of Model MK32.
Model MC32H This is Model MC32 less lids and mud grates. Mount MC32H on a pedestal for horses.
CATTLE.
MODEL MH30 serves 125 head of cattle or 70 horses. Suitable for range, pasture or feedlot use. Painted, galvanized steel jacket with formed galvanized steel trough and cast iron valve cover.

Warning
All electrically heated waterers must be installed by a qualified electrician and must be properly grounded. Failure to follow these and other procedures could result in electrocution of human beings and animals. Read and follow instructions.
Achieve a Quality Installation with Brower's Anchor Package Order Model 38334 which contains 4 anchor bolts, 4 flat washers, 4 plates and 4 nuts, all stainless steel. Facts about insulation used on all Brower super insulated livestock waterers... As energy costs continue to escalate, more attention is being focused on products which are energy efficient. Extra thick insulation with an R-value of 7.14 per inch is used to completely insulate the troughs, jackets and valve covers of Brower waterers. What is r-value: By definition, "R-value is a relative measure of resistivity to the flow of heat through a specific thickness of a particular material". The higher the R-value, the better. An R-value of 7.0 has twice the insulative value of an R-value of 3.5. Please note the following R-value of competing insulation materials:
Material R-value per inch of material
Polyurethane foam 7.1429
Expanded polyurethane 4.1667
Glass fiber 2.6786
Mortar cement or sand & gravel aggregate .0833
Polyurethane foam, used on Brower waterers, has the best insulative properties of any material used for waterer insulation on the market today. Also, remember Brower's polyurethane foam.
Contains no formaldehyde.
Contains no protein (and is, therefore, not attractive to vermin as a food source).
Contains no chlorofluorocarbon.
Other facts about polyurethane foam: "Rigid polyurethane foams were among the earliest applications developed during World War II when their high strength-to-weight ratio was recognized and used for stiffening and strengthening aircraft components adding very little weight gain to the resulting structure. The high strength-to-weight ratio, although an important attribute in many applications, has been largely overshadowed by the outstanding thermal-insulating properties of low-density rigid polyurethane and polyisocyanurate foams. Rigid polyurethane and polyisocyanurate foams exhibit among the lowest thermal conductivities of any commercially available insultant. Their predominantly closed-cell structure resists water absorption, condensation, and wicking (transport by capillary action) and provides positive buoyancy in marine applications. They will not sag, buckle, pack down, or mat from ordinary use. They are resistant to fungi and mildew. They are highly resistant to weathering, oxidation, ozone, oils, and most fuels.
